The Uganda Women’s Health Initiative is dedicated to working collaboratively towards the sustainable improvement of women’s health in Uganda.

The core UWHI team is led by Medical Director, Dr Daniel Murokora, supported by medical and research teams. Our board is co-chaired by leading professors, from both Uganda (Dr Lawrence Kaggwa) and the UK (Professor Ian Jacobs).
